We aim to have products packaged and sent within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please allow up to 7 working days for your order to arrive. This is especially true of busy periods and holidays. We cannot be held responsible for courier delays and postal strikes. Please read 'terms and conditions' for our full company policy.

Our receivers are covered by a standard 12 months manufacturers warranty. This warranty covers hardware only.

All DVB-S, DVB-T and DVB-C receivers are preloaded with FTA (this means Free-To-Air, or "Freeview") software. Any software modification invalidates all warranties.

Please note that some of our 'B Grade' products warranties may be shorter than 12 months. Please read the items listing for details, or check the 'terms and conditions' section of our website.

Digital Video Broadcasting (DVB) is a suite of internationally accepted open standards for digital television. DVB standards are maintained by the DVB Project, an international industry consortium with more than 270 members.

• DVB-T is the open standard for Terrestrial television
• DVB-C is the open stadard for Cable television

All DVB-S, DVB-C and DVB-T receivers come preloaded with 'FTA (Free to Air) software'. This allows access to FTA unencrypted channels
